Ada and Matilda drove me crazy. Ada has zero character development. I don’t care how the end plays out with her killing Frank but she probably would have died without Matilda. Matilda has her own problems and acted all high and mighty for someone who has no where else to go. It was hard to like the book because I couldn’t like these characters and they didn’t seem real.
