I've read a lot of health, whole foods, even "the sleep book" books, but this book did teach me a thing or two more about my body, offered up food combinations for better health, and while there are no official recipes (please do a cookbook Cam!), it is still a really enjoyable read! I would recommend this book to friends, anyone wondering why they don't feel right in their body, anyone wanting to improve their whole self, and definitely holding on to it for my daughters. It will help when our talks evolve into specifics which delve into the topic of sex in a girlfriends-out-for-coffee or wine sort of way, casual, but scientific, honest but fun. I want them to not feel ashamed of their bodies, powerful with knowledge, and to know even the models get made fun of as kids, just be yourself and love the body you are in.
