All Hallows' Eve by Charles Williams

3.0

A bit antisemitic, ableist, and religious. But the crafting of the story and the juxtaposition of the main villian's traits against that of Jesus were quite interesting and well done. Also interesting that women were more central in this book and to the defeat of the villian than the men were without being stereotypical, especially considering it was written by a man in 1945
