So admittedly I would probably give this book one or two stars most of the time. It felt preachy to me at times and very cheesy. But the timing of when I read this played a large factor. Maybe someday I'll re-read this and decide to change my rating, or maybe I won't. As it is, it helped me remember what I've been having trouble remembering lately, and that's worthy of at least one more star.
Graphic: Animal death and Mental illness
Moderate: Addiction, Alcoholism, Self harm, Suicidal thoughts, and Suicide attempt
Minor: Animal cruelty, Vomit, and Stalking
