I’m a sucker for Meyer’s YA sci-fi and I LOVE everything Rebecca Soler narrates, so giving this just 3 stars feels like a betrayal. But the MC felt flat and and the teenage egotism felt a little too real. Ugh - the MC’s privilege and entitlement grated my nerves and I couldn’t relate to any of the characters. Overall, it wasn’t a bad audiobook, but not my cuppa tea, story-wise.
