Ouch ouch ouch ouch. This hurt it burned. I don't personally think the memoir is presented in a groundbreaking manner - but I did really love it I don't care, I love stories and honesty and complicated relationships between mothers and daughters and their diaspora. Doesnt hurt that I love her music to begin with but yeah this one is just a cabbage head of grieving.
