Not a bad book but not one for me

This is collage new adult (a genere that I don't love)
He didn't seem or acted as a coach, and he wasn't very stern. It's on one hand good that he was young and that the relationship seemed between peers but on the other hand it lost it's coach-player appeal. 
The FMC was a bit too outgoing and confident for my taste. 
I would have appreciated a bit more angst. They were both young: collage drunken parties
