Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin

4.0

After completely adoring Zevin's book The Storied Life of A.J Fikry, I knew months ago that I wanted to get my hands on this new release ASAP.⁣ Ultimately, I loved the depth, the layers, and the the complexity of Sam and Sadie's relationship.  The dynamics there felt very real and believable. The quirkiness that the gaming aspect added to the plot was fun as well.  I care 0% about gaming, so I don't feel as if this has to be an interest in order to enjoy the book.  I did, however, struggle with the pace.  Maybe it was my timing - I do occasionally enjoy a good slow burn literary fiction read - but I did struggle with it here.  All in all, I'm so happy to have finally read this book. It was clever and heartbreaking and creative...I can see why it's been getting so much love from readers!⁣
