I really wanted to like this, it just wasn’t cohesive enough at the beginning for my brain to latch onto it. I was constantly wondering if I misunderstood previous contextual details to the point where picking the book up felt like work. The fatphobia didn’t help either. Life’s too short, bro. I’m moving on.
