This was a cute and steamy novella and part of the Hideaway standalone series. 
Sadie is a passionate assistant dedicated to her job and too making sure her Boss Lucas takes care of himself too. After 2 years of working together they haven't crossed professional lines, despite Lucas desperately wanting too, until he sees Sadie in pain and sweeps her off her feet to take care of her. 
After a passionate night together Lucas wakes to find Sadie gone and realises she must have regretted it and begins to withdraw.
With some miscommunication, longing, and a few surprises, they get the chance to reconnect in the new resort Lucas has been hiding away at. 
Sadie is sweet and caring, and Lucas is protective, grumpy and possessive, together they balance each other.
