I find it hard to review non-fiction like this, but I'll give it a try.
The content was well researched and well vulgarized for non-nutrition scientists. The case studies made all the science easier to understand. I'm also very glad for the author's nuanced and intersectional take on the matter. It's what allows the book to not fall into the same traps and dogmas of the culture it is trying to dismantle. Certainly a must read for anyone ready to change their relationship with food.
