Now That It's You by Tawna Fenske
4.0
First and foremost....If you are straight laced with no sense of humor, this book is probably not for you. However, if you have a unique, out of the ordinary way of coping, you'll love this book. Personally, I use humor a lot as my coping mechanism and loved this book. I felt it was refreshing to be able to connect with the characters.
This author is one of my favorites. She is one of the few that writes in third person that I enjoy reading. I was drawn in to his story from the beginning. While it does deal with death and grieving, it is kept very light with humor. There were parts I was actually laughing out loud. I enjoyed Meg and adored Kyle (for most of the story), but I really felt Floyd stole the show and wins for my favorite. While I enjoyed this story, I did feel like the ending fizzled out at bit. Maybe I was just expected more but it seemed to fall flat for me. I would still recommend this read though.
