I enjoyed this book and found it super informative. My husband and I haven't done all the exercises yet. But it's definitely on my to do list. I would recommend this book for anyone in a serious relationship or who is engaged. I think the principles in here would set you for a great foundation in your relationship. Even if you've been dating for a couple of years, this book would be again, a great foundation for your future relationship.
