This book surprised me with how much I enjoyed it. It was a very quick read and it was really well-written. The story is about a single mom who overhears a rumor that a child killer is in their town and how the rumor quickly spirals out of control. I was able to speed through this book and I almost gave it a 5 star. My problem with the book is that it started to run in circles towards the end and it felt kind of convoluted. I was able to guess the plot twist by the second or third page but it was nice seeing that I was right and it was a nice read that I was pleasantly surprised by.
