If you follow me, I’m sure you know I don’t read many (if any) historical fiction novels. Like, I think I’ve read 2-3, ever. But, I decided to branch out and try Sparks Like Stars for a new book club I joined. And let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed.

This book was so beautifully written! Reading about Sitara’s journey and struggles was heart-wrenching. All the characters in the book had so much depth. If you read this book and don’t love Tilly, then we cannot be friends (kidding)
