Say You Swear by Meagan Brandy
3.0
"Say You Swear" by Meagan Brandy is a college romance novel that follows the story of a young woman who dreams of a future with the man she loves. However, her dreams are shattered when he suddenly disappears, leaving her lost and confused. That’s what it sounded like but it surely didn’t sound like one .
The novel is well-written and engaging, with a compelling storyline that keeps the reader hooked until the end. The characters are well-developed, and their emotions and motivations are portrayed realistically.
However, I have to give this book a three-star rating because there were some aspects of the story that didn't quite work for me. For one, the pacing was uneven, with some parts of the story feeling rushed while others dragged on. Additionally, some of the plot twists felt contrived and predictable, taking away from the emotional impact they could have had.
I don’t know for me it wasn’t worth the hype and it was way too long I had to dnf this the rest of it ! Couldn’t make myself stick to it…
In short, "Say You Swear" is an enjoyable read for fans of college romance novels. While it has its flaws, the strong writing and engaging characters make it worth picking up.
