I have given this a fair chance and cannot read anymore of it. Garet was devoid of any personality at all. I was 69% into this when I quit and had learnt fuck all about her. Will was a crappy love interest too. Why does she like him? she had spoken to him once before asking him to turn her into a vamp (which he didn't) then three times before randomly having sex with him. WHY??
The story could have been good, I like the watchmen idea and John Dee seems like he could be a decent bad guy but between meetibgs with different faery folk that seem to go on and on and crap sex with a vamp who only seems interested coz Garet is a decendant and spitting image of a woman he once loved it kinda lost its way.
