Beyond Those Gilded Walls by Jessica S. Taylor

Loved all the little Poe inspired bread crumbs in the darker fantasy book, with a dash over very spicy parts. This was a fantastic story of Odyssa learning to be her true self and dropping the mask with people to love her for her and not what she can do for them. There is a plague that taking over the village and when it comes down to her to save her bothers she going to work in the castle in hope of find the cure no matter the cost to herself.  What she does not expect to find is a deep attraction to the prince's right hand nor all the ghost and haunted castle that seem out to get her.
