Better than 'Biggest Flirts' (characters from Biggest Flirts are also more likeable in this book). There's some character development that builds on top of the last book, but much like the preceding novel, this book probably could've done with an altered allocation of spotlights, and there are certain aspects that would've been more interesting to focus on.
