Dedication to Murder by Lauren Elliott
4.0
Dedication to Murder, just became my favorite book in the Beyond the Page Bookstore mystery series.
I love a trip to Greyborne Harbor and this one had my jaw dropping. Addie’s wedding day is quickly approaching.l excitement is in the air, but Addie find some thing in her attic. That is the start of a series of events that completely change Addie’s life at that very moment. Secrets are coming out of the woodwork in all kinds of places. Addys family history is not exactly as it seems. The man she supposed to marry, has not been completely honest with her and there’s a 70-year-old cold case that keeps tickling at her mind for answers. As the pieces fall together, Addie sees her life flash before her eyes. Making her make choices that she had to leave she had already made.
Lauren Elliott does an amazing job with Dedication to murder. What an amazing story. It’s one of those you think it’s going to go one way then a couple of chapters and it’s gone the complete opposite. Addie goes on an emotional roller coaster through this one. It also shows how much her character has grown. She was faced with a lot of confusing things at one time, but yet not only does she manage to make good decisions for herself, find a way to continue on with her days and solved not just one but two murders in the process. I can’t wait to see, what happens next for Addie.
