Tiamat's Wrath by James S.A. Corey

5.0

The writing quality in this series only gets better. Tiamat's Wrath is not only engaging and tightly plotted, but also hits you right in the feels several times, as we're forced to confront the aging and mortality of our heroes, and their continuing drive to fight for humanity in all its messed up glory. The authors feel like they've moved solidly away from the male gaze-iness of the first few books and are truly doing right by every major character. It was nice to see Elvi Okoye back as a POV character in this instalment, and Teresa Duarte was another great addition, helping to add some generational balance and political intrigue to the story.
