The Last Kolovsky Playboy by Carol Marinelli
2.0
2.5 stars -- Don't get me wrong...I can see what I saw in my previous reading. There's a push and pull, just something indefinable about Kate and Aleksi that drew me in. But this time around the volatility was just way too much for me. And it's not just the anger and fighting and meanness between them, it was the fact that Aleksi was essentially abusive at times. Kind of hard to endorse a relationship that has strong elements of that. Oh yeah, and the fat shaming. Luckily she didn't have to lose weight to be loved, and she was still strong and sassy...so that's something at least. Ah well...another one bites the dust.
