Now when I read Evie Mitchell's short stories, I know what I'm getting into. I've read enough of her books to know what to expect. However, I did not enjoy this one as much as I usually do. I don't think it was entirely the fault of the book, however. There is a lot of alpha male energy, and the amount of tester one was too much for me. This book is for some people, but not me. That's okay. I read it in an hour, so I knew I would finish it. I wish there had been a little more development than there was. I feel like 30 more pages would have been enough just to develop the characters a bit more. I will keep going with the series though because Evie writes the most fun short romances
