Un deuxième tome que j'attendais avec impatience et que j'ai dévoré

Après un premier tome que j'avais adoré (Caaaaaain <3), j'avais hyper hâte d'avoir ce deuxième tome entre les mains pour voir comment l'intrigue allait avancer (surtout après l'attaque des Aeons) mais aussi la relation entre Wynter et Cain ... Et j'ai ADORE !!

Ce que j'ai particulièrement aimé :

- l'univers qui gagne en complexité avec toutes les révélations qu'on a dans ce tome (notamment sur les raisons derrière la querelle entre les Aeons et les Ancients (et c'est DINGUE !!))

- l'intrigue qui s'est également complexifiée avec la rencontre de nouveaux personnages comme Adam (LE MONSTRE !) ou Eve mais aussi de nouveaux indices et de nouveaux mystères (notamment sur les raisons qui pourraient attirer Wynter vers le mausolée dans son sommeil ...)

- la romance maaaaais la romance !! Bien sûr que j'ai adoré Cain et Wynter (les scènes de sexe à la fois sadique et chaud bouillant !!) mais ici ils passent un cap dans leur relation avec tout ce que Cain révèle sur lui (ET OMG CES REVELATIONS !! Je m'y attendais tellement pas !!) ... Et j'ai adoré la façon dont Wynter l'accepte =)

Bref, un deuxième tome aussi bon que le précédent qui ravira les fans de fantasy, de romance et de mythologie

A second book that I was impatiently awaiting and which I devoured

After a first book that I loved (Caaaaaain <3), I was really looking forward to having this second book in my hands to see how the plot would progress (especially after the attack of the Aeons) but also the relationship between Wynter and Cain ... And I LOVED IT !!

What I particularly liked :

- the universe which gains in complexity with all the revelations we have in this book (notably on the reasons behind the quarrel between the Aeons and the Ancients (and it's CRAZY !!))

- the plot which has also become more complex with the meeting of new characters like Adam (THE MONSTER !) or Eve but also new clues and new mysteries (in particular on the reasons which could attract Wynter towards the mausoleum in her sleep ...)

- the romance THE ROMAAAAANCE !! Of course I loved Cain and Wynter (the sex scenes both sadistic and hot !!) but here they take a step forward in their relationship with everything that Cain reveals about himself (AND OMG THOSE REVELATIONS !! I I really didn't expect it !!) ... And I loved the way Wynter accepted him =)

In short, a second book as good as the previous one which will delight fans of fantasy, romance and mythology
