This book started off really great but then it got ridiculous. Like I wish this thriller was more grounded. Once the mystery started going down the Russian mob plot I fear it lost most of the intrigue. Also I don’t know if I was supposed to be rooting for Sophie but I found her very unlikable and I don’t think that was the author’s intent. Like and Bree were woefully naive like born yesterday naive. It was just a bit unserious at times.
