One of my new favorite reads right here! I adored the leads so wholly-- and related to both immensely.

It's quite rare for me to find a male lead who I relate to, usually I love them for the swoons, but here, I loved Wesley because I felt I truly understood him. I felt reflected in him, as well as in Maybell. It really inspired me to read their individual arcs in how they evolved, how they took their agency and empowered themselves with it.

How they faced feared and kept marching on-- side by side.

It was a beautiful, uplifting love story.
