This is book three in the “Gentry Generations” series. This book can be read as a standalone but would make much more sense if read in reading order. Also, this book is a novella.

I absolutely love the Gentry family. I love how intertwined and connected this family is portrayed. Every book that I read in this series, I feel like I am part of their family.

This book was tragically beautifully. The writing was so eloquent and heartfelt. I felt the pain and grief dripping off the pages. Ms. Brent writes such complex and character driven stories. I love how Arizona plays such a huge role in the stories she creates. I really enjoyed that this story was told from multiple point of views. As a reader I felt much more engaged and invested because we got to see the story unfold from differing views. This story was a bit of a rollercoaster ride and I loved every emotion that I went through.

This story is a must read and a wonderful addition to the Gentry series.
