a new favorite!

this is my first read from this author, i actually listened to it on audible. I LOVED THIS STORY SO MUCH.
the characters were so human and relatable but had very original personalities. the writing was fabulous, so smooth and immersive. i absolutely loved the demi/queer representation. which I didn't expect at all.
i don't come across enough books that have demi characters and it makes me so happy to read about lives and loves that feel like me. i loved that the emotional build up was there and it wasn't just smut centered!! but the romance and spice was great once it did come along.

i will definitely be reading more by this author.
