It took wayyyy too long for me to read this book but after watching the movie and reading Concrete Rose I wanted to know the characters even more. I learned and understood so much. I related to Starr when she felt like she had to code-switch in between Garden Heights Starr and Williamson Starr. Overall this book was great I feel like this is a great read.
