Waxing & Waning by Amanda M. Lee

This book moves a little faster than the first 3 and we're finally getting somewhere with Zoe's mysterious power. By the end we are seeing the beginning of what she can do, which makes me wonder what will happen in the next (and final?) book.
I like that Zoe, Paris & Kelsey have formed a tight little trio and definitely have each others backs in this one, but the two roommates are just as bad as Brittany (from her freshman year) and Laura & Matilda (from her sophomore year) and really just didn't need the be there except for the comic relief.
While she annoyed me a little in the previous books, I still love how much a smart ass Zoe is and the fact that despite knowing it's going to get her into trouble, she still runs her mouth! To quote Raphael, she's infuriating but we're still strangely drawn to her.
