A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness
5.0
“There was once an invisible man who had grown tired of being unseen. It was not that he was actually invisible. It was that people had become used to not seeing him.
And if no one sees you, are you really there at all?"
This is a book that deserves all the praise it gets and so much more. I remember finishing it within 8 hours IN SCHOOL. Every free time I had that day you will find me reading this.
This is such a unique book with a unique writing style and plot. I never wanted this book to end and I this is one of those books you could read to little kids but also something teens and adult will definitely enjoy as well. I was very much not disappointed when I read this and I wish I could forget I ever read it so that I can enjoy it for the first time again.
This book took me by a landslide.
For every kind of reader, because this is not a book for readers but for human beings.
