The drawings of this book are so alive, they captured me. I hurt for Freddy in this book, so taken she forgets herself and those around her. I love how Mariko Tamaki highlights the, naturally, self-centered ways of teens. Once more, I enjoyed how Tamaki used black and white + one accent of color : this time pink!
