ah this was great! didn't love it as much as the other people--the hype was real for this one--but i thought the world-building was great and interesting and the writing--though tbh kind of corny and pretentious sometimes--was nice. dont love the characters; they felt too bland or too generic or like i've read a million other characters like them, but oh well. will i read the next book? yea probably
