This book was surprisingly good, I did not expect to be swept over by this story.
A pretty unassuming tale of rejected mates, I thought I knew what I was getting into. I was enchanted with the depth of feelings that came out of these pages.
I cried with them, raged with them and, at times, enjoyed the good with them.
This is the first part of Rya story, how the rejection can change someone in levels we cannot start to fathom. She tried again and again to become someone but only failing and becoming the example of rejection.
You would need to read the next book to be able to rest, but it is totally worth it!
