Omg Chelsea Curto writing a hockey romance is a gift to readers. One of the best things she does is give her characters the opportunity to develop both as individuals and together. Maverick and Emmy were INCREDIBLE!! I loved the way they started simply as teammates and eventually grew to love each other. There were so many beautiful moments and I loved how they reminded each other that they were always more than enough and worthy of love. It made me feel all the warm and fuzzies. I loved seeing the cameos from the camera chemistry series and the friendships are top tier! I also couldn't get enough of the spice. It was written insanely well and it was so hot. I loved the idea of women joining the NHL and Emmy's growth was so nice to watch. I'm so excited to see more characters from the hockey team get their happy endings and I will absolutely read anything from Chelsea!
