How it is that no matter how many times I read through these books I find more and more information? I love that there's always new things popping out at me. ^^ For this reread I decided to just read my Kindle version and highlight in that since I think eventually I want all paperbacks and so instead of worrying about adding a bunch of new notes to my hardcover copy...I just added to my spreadsheet and marked up my kindle.

Part of me is so tempted to take a step away and read something else fantasy related before doing my deep dive of OS but also...since everything is still so fresh in my brain I feel like I need to push on...

My local book group chose IF for our January read so I decided to finally reread and annotate my physical copy. There were so many little details that I completely missed during my first read that stood out to me on this second read. I have so many questions regarding the Empyrean, the original riders, etc.

I really love the lore we're getting within this world and the addition of flyers to our cast. Can't wait to learn more about the territories we've only heard about in passing...and maybe explore them?

Really glad that RY already had a specific number of books planned out so we know this entire story won't be drawn out forever 😅

The last 150 pages or so had me extremely emotional...thank goodness I always have tissues close at hand...
