Sofia dreams she visits her friend the Moon one night, who shows her how the Earth is suffering because of pollution, and tells her ways she can help make things better. The story is told in a way that is effective without being preachy, with afterwords about how pollution is affecting the planet, and small ways people can help that add up to big changes. It's a sweet story, and a great message, but the real star here is the beautiful artwork. The soft, glowing illustrations have such a dreamlike quality, they're absolutely swoonworthy!
