5⭐️ Took me 2 weeks to finish this but it was amazing. I think I would be able to get this book done in a week but this is my first time reading about politics. The chapters are mostly super long but a very few are short. it's a multiple POV. It has Rosalind, Orion, oliver, Celia, alisa, and jeimin (only 1 chapter towards the last 10 chapters). It has zero spice so if your looking for fluff and tension but also with an amazing plot, this is the one. I'd say this a grumpy x sunshine and he's a softie for her but a protective man to anyone that hurts her. Fake marriage is involve, a spy and an assassin. chapter 26 is my favourite. loved the fight scene. I wish i could reads this again but it wouldn't be the same. Can never look these characters the same way anymore.

My favourite quotes: "your life is my life", "don't touch my wife" (honestly anytime Orion refers Rosalind as his wife), "your my first hope that there might be something else", and "I have spent years thinking that if I just do the right thing, then I can go back to how it used to be. But maybe I don't want that anymore".

I NEED the next book. The ending was a major cliffhanger and I NEED TO KNOW RIGHT NOW. I CANT WAIT UNTIL FEBRUARY!!!!!
