Informative, important, and very interesting. Although I skimmed half of the last chapter (because it was largely talking about the NMT model and not addressing a particular area of psychology), I was never bored of the book. Dr. Perry—a true pioneer of the mental health field—was the perfect one to tell these stories, with his gentle voice and desire to understand and overflowing concern for those struggling. I do not think I'll soon forget all I learned with him.
