This book gave me ALL THE FEELS. I knew this was a book about long ago love, but I did not expect the ending to leave me contemplating love so fully. I find it very rarely that I like a more “literary” book, but this one just captured me in a way I could not have imagined. The character development and the slow and steady unveiling of a larger and larger story left me wanting more and more. And that ending… I teared up. I think this is the first time an audiobook has made me so emotional.
