Even though this book is written particularly for ministers/pastors, this is a very readable guide for anyone who is a member of a church/congregation/fellowship that is dealing with ministerial misconduct.

Even though my wife is no longer in divinity school, we've kept this book because it practically and sensitively maps out the steps to helping a congregation respond, heal, and grow from an incident of clergy misconduct.
