𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐢𝐬:
Newlyweds Tricia and Ethan visit a remote manor, once owned by Dr. Adrienne Hale, a psychiatrist who disappeared four years ago. Trapped by a blizzard, Tricia discovers a hidden room with audio transcripts of Dr. Hale's patient interviews. As she listens to the tapes, Tricia uncovers shocking details about Dr. Hale's disappearance, leading to a horrifying revelation in the final recording.

This suspenseful read had me hooked from start to finish. I enjoyed this a lot more than The Housemaid. I felt the writing was improved which kept me engaged throughout. I liked the alternating narratives and the pacing was excellent. The setting of the abandoned mansion during a winter storm had me rightfully scared and creeped out at times.

And like so many others, I had thought I figured out the twist early on but I was completely wrong!

If you're looking for a thrilling, unpredictable story that'll keep you guessing until the very end, this is it!
