There is so much in this tiny little book. I'm definitely going to have to read it again to unpack it further. You could, if you wanted, just read it as a quick little adventure story that's a little bit confusing and mystifying, or you can really sit with it and let it percolate and enjoy the ideas. There's a sense of a humongous mythology behind all of this, and I think I might have to do some additional reading to clarify what parts are original to the author and what parts are inspired by existing myths and tales.
