While the last book was better (in my opinion), this was still a fun ride. It’s nice to see a book aimed at teens that tackles such dark topics. 
Small note: it’s kind of weird how little importance Ruth has to the story in this book. It makes it slightly hard to believe her and Jess are best friends.
