I like this book, but strangely feel like something is missing. Can’t quite put my finger on it, though.
Great complex story. Wonderful character development. This book was a bit harder for me to read than the first one; a bit gory/unsettling at times. However, I still didn’t get much emotion from the parts that should be sad.
I didn’t call the ending much beforehand, though it did fit the story well.
The relationship building with the kandra was my favorite part.
Can’t wait to see what happens next 😊
