Oh the way I love Eli and Edin!!! Mo is AMAZING. She’s the perfect combination of precocious and sweet. She stills the show. I love the way Edwin’s mental health struggles are portrayed and even though he’s already been doing the work for years I love that we get to experience a new phase of healing for him. One he’s only able to get to because of the work he’s already done.
I’m a sucker for found family and this book does a great job of showing that family can be phenomenal no matter if it’s blood or love that binds you. It’s also perfectly acceptable to cut ties with toxic family even parents.
I just really loved every moment of this love story.
