I always love to read anything aviation related since I work in aviation, and while the aspects of my job (not a flight attendant or pilot) were TOTALLY WRONG (lol), I really liked this. And I normally don’t love the emotionally stunted “I can’t love you because I can’t love anyone” guy, but the meta aspect of this book was so so so cool. For our heroine to be working for airlines only to be doing research for a book, and then the description of her book cover is the exact same as THIS book’s cover that we’re reading… and her book is published as meta fiction and made this book super meta… I just loved it. I haven’t read anything with this spin on it, and I don’t think I would have liked the romance as much if this weren’t the twist! But it was, so I did. :)
