The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater

4.0

i have decided i will do with this series what i did with All For The Game: i will swallow them all up, one right after the other, and only actually review them as a whole at the end. in the meantime, here are my thoughts, in no particular order:

- whos gonna tell me why the FUCK nobody has a single issue with maura dating a literal hitman

- kavinsky is a Homosexual and has a Thing for ronan and i want his redemption arc Now because maybe i was supposed to hate him and yet i did not

- any second noah czerny isnt in the scene is painful and agonizing and i miss him all the time

- he needs so many hugs

- i will give them all to him and this is a Threat

- richard gansey the third is The Only Man Ever, and no, i will not tolerate any arguments against this fact

- only maggie can make me feel this strongly for the StraightsTM

-the blue/gansey scene, you know the one, absolutely tore my heart to pieces and now lives in my mind rent free

- ive deducted a star because i cannot comprehend why it is that kavinsky is more of a bad guy than the grey man. one does cocaine, the other literally kills other human people for a living. are we not all on the same page here? kavinsky is literally just ronan without gansey. what the fuck.

- i know adam gets a pass in general due to the whole "fucked up everything" thing but he went a bit overboard my pals, kinda got on my nerves ngl. and i will go out on a limb and say, mr parrish, no matter how much you tell me "gansey has said blue can be a raging feminist", something about the way gansey understands the concept of consent tells me he didnt mean it like you meant it. which is to say, as an insult. so.

- chainsaw is simply the main character

- that is all

- for now
