Lost and Lassoed by Lyla Sage

Oh, so I was wrong. It didn't get better.
To be honest, I'm not totally sure this is the book's fault or the audiobook's. The narrators were not exactly to my taste—although they both did the job well while reading their POVs, the moment they had to put on each other's voices completely took me out, especially the guy. Yet again, this is another book that could have greatly benefitted from just letting the VAs read during each other's POVs! It's not that hard, people!!
But to be fair it's not just that. Things were getting cringey and cliché from the very beginning, and the whole feeling of possessiveness toward someone with whom you do not have a relationship is just so wrong.
I think I'm all lassoed out, guys. Bye Rebel Blue Ranch, I never truly did enjoy you. Sorry.
