This story was so real and so good!!
I went in blind and I really fully experienced the characters story from the beginning not knowing what was to happen. Sad. Beautiful. Tragic.

“We were good, Gabriel. God, we were good.” My voice quakes with my conviction. “We were beautiful, until we were tragic. I can’t see how the hell we’re supposed to come back from that.”

Jennifer has such a beautiful way of writing that makes you feel- every bit of emotion these characters are feeling love, grief, sadness, hope. I really enjoyed the references and ties in with fire and burning. This story is going to stay with me for so long! I just love Gabriel and Avery. Their instant love story to their second chance.
